Explain what you do the same way twice?

Difficult-difficult-lemon-difficult.

Happy clients who get results?
Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.

Wild Candor is a 6-month hybrid 1:1 + group coaching program that helps brilliant, overthinking service providers turn their complex expertise into a clear, easy-to-buy offer by codifying their process, organizing real proof, and anchoring their core message.

Your work isn’t the problem.

Rave Reviews? Check.

And despite the very clear client satisfaction, you can’t seem to shake the feeling that they hired you on a leap of faith that was leaning heavily on vibes.

Wildly Skilled & Resourceful AF? your default.

Which, yes, sometimes means you find yourself working out of scope and adding on deliverables, but only because it comes so easily to you and you love being generous.

Damn good at what you do? No Question.

But even after hiring copywriters, coaches, consultants, you still feel like you’ve got two modes when it comes to selling your work:
  • Nerding out so hard you end up accidentally firehosing your potential client out of the sale;
  • Or completely freezing up the moment someone asks a question you hadn’t anticipated.

You’re a straight-up master of your craft, stuck making big biz decisions that feel like guesses.

Between the pivots, proposals, and procrastination you’re starting to wonder if maybe this whole “work-for-myself” thing just isn’t for you.

Wildly Skilled & Resourceful AF?

Your Default.

You don’t need to niche up/down/all-around, launch a signature course, or proclaim yourself the expert of career-coaching for ADHD PhD Candidates.

Understand your own brilliance deeply enough, and you stop compulsively trying to prove it.

Most marketing advice starts outside and works in – which is exactly why it never feels quite right.

Start from the inside-out, and you’re able to…

Send people to your website without a series of "it's a little outdated" or "ignore the about page" caveats.

Trust yourself enough to hold silence on a sales call rather than compulsively fill it.

Stick with your marketing long enough to actually evaluate what’s working rather than panic-pivot when you don’t get immediate inquiries.

Know exactly what's in your lane, which means "sure I can add that on" stops being your default.

Show up to discovery calls actually focused on the person in front of you, not managing your own panic about whether they'll book.

Write your weekly newsletter without three drafts of the first line or a minor identity crisis about whether or not it sounds like you.

Quote your rate without padding it 'just in case' or talking yourself down before the client even pushes back

You can't hear yourself clearly from inside your own head (that’s just biology)

The right words are usually already in the drafts you tossed – you need someone else to fish them back out.

Turn your complex brilliance into an easy-to-sell offer and a clear core message.

(Sans panic-pivots, fire-hosing leads, or chronically under-charging.)

Together we'll develop:

Your Signature Entry-Point Offer

Aligned with what matters most to you, scoped to your capacity, and priced with intention, you’ve now got an offer you’re excited to sell and feels like an easy yes to your dream clients (marketing’s about to become soooooo much easier).

A Voice of Customer Messaging HQ

Never scramble for a piece of proof again. Your VoC Messaging HQ holds the breakdown of what you do well across clients, market research interviews and surveys for the language your dream clients are already using, and ready-to-use testimonials primed for your next sales push.

The kind of positioning that makes your dream clients say "this is exactly what I've been looking for" without losing the nuance of how you get sh*t done.

Wild Candor

$3500

or 7 monthly payments of $500*

*Custom payment plans are always available for those bold enough to ask.

01. “What do you do?” starts to feel like an invitation, not an indictment.

Beverage in hand, plate of snacks balanced precariously on your arm, someone leans in at the networking event, and you feel your face do the thing while your brain scrolls through six different answers. None of them are quite right, and all of them make you sound busy and smart when you meant to sound like the obvious person to hire. That part’s over.

You answer in one breath, without rehearsing, and watch their eyes actually focus.

You're about to feel weirdly calm about a few things...

02. Your copy and content does the sorting before anyone books a call.

The full-body “omg it’s me,” screenshot-to-your-business-bestie, “okay, they’re literally in my head” reaction, coming straight from your marketing copy. When your words handle the self-selection, the people who land on your calendar are the ones who already want to hire you.

03. You walk into discovery calls without feeling like you’re in an audition.

The mental scripting while they’re still talking, the “wait, how do I phrase this” running under the surface while you nod along, the compulsive need to walk through every angle of the package so no stone is left unturned: gone. You’re just there, actually hearing them.

And because you know exactly what you do, you know exactly what’s in scope, so you’re not saying yes to a Frankenstein-ed custom project at minute 40 because you panicked and offered everything.

04. A late night revelation doesn’t cascade into a full-blown panic pivot.

No more 11pm rewrites where you delete the whole About page on your site because you listened to a new podcast episode by your favorite copy-preneur who recommends a completely different structure than you have. No more “wait, do I need to redo the website” panic every time you get a new idea.

What we build together holds: you could take a 6-month sabbatical, tour the French countryside by bike, come home stuffed to the gills with butter and brie, read it cold, and go “yep, still me.”

The Process

in the words of our beloved LeVar Burton:

You don't have to take my word for it.

After $1000s spent on courses, workshops, and masterclasses, I finally understand my own biz foundation and know I can build on it whatever makes the most sense for me and my clients.

"Best money I've spent on my business to date."

Claire, Brain-Friendly Business

Megan has a gift for understanding what you're trying to say and turning it into words that sound unmistakably like you. She helped us move beyond copy that was merely “alright” to messaging that made me excited about our business again.

“She just GETS it.”

Jess, Alight Agency

Megan instinctively saw a way to talk about my work that I hadn't even CONSIDERED. Then she actually walked me through ways to use it, situations where I might want to say it differently, and times when my existing language might still be a better choice.

Megan didn't just give me help with my words, she made me smarter in the process.

"A frickin' genius."

Lisa, One Move that Matters®

Do you know how hard it is to blow my mind?? Megan has this incredible ability to untangle what's in your head, preserve what makes your work uniquely yours, and translate it into language your customers instantly understand.

If you're so close to your business that everything feels obvious to you but confusing to everyone else, Megan is the person you want in your corner.

"MIND. BLOWN."

Annie, Non-Sleazy Sales Academy

Together we unearthed the work I was always meant to be doing, and turned it into something sellable and sustainable. The work we did together changed my life in tremendous ways that still surprise me to this day.

"She helped me tap into my magic."

Ariela, Creative Alchemy

Megan's experience in the online business world was evident from the start. She gave me ideas and direction when I felt utterly lost, helping me understand where I wanted to take my business and how to make it work as a stay-at-home mum of three young kids. I came away with a new perspective and a much clearer path forward.

"A way forward that works for my life."

Nihaad, Our polished pages

Megan helped me bring together ideas I'd been circling for years into a completely new direction for my business. One grounded in who I am, what excites me, my values, and the needs I can fill. For the first time, it all came together into something that truly felt like me.

"Something tangible that feels like me."

Katie, Fandemonium Design

I'm a professional writer and speaker, yet when it comes to talking about myself, none of my expertise seems to apply. In a single session, Megan helped me identify what I really wanted—and needed—to say, then express my value in a way that felt authentic and substantive. Now I'm excited to share this version of me with the world.

"Helped me present my badassery to the world."

Manya, Elixir Creative LLC

I was afraid that bringing two seemingly different parts of myself together would alienate my “perfect customer.” Megan challenged that assumption with two simple words: “BUT WHY?” Over an hour later, I was sobbing with relief.

I finally started building a business around who I actually am, rather than who I thought my customers wanted me to be.

"Permission to bring all of me into my business."

Allie, Allie Scraps

I have loads and loads of stories but telling them over and over (on my podcast and others) rather bores me but I knew there were a few that are key to me getting my message out and I wasn't sure which ones.

I was amazed at just how quickly you were able to get me to the most important nuggets and whittle it down to a story and messaging around that story. Also it was just super fun...the way this stuff SHOULD be! I felt cared for, supported, listened to - this was some of the best money I've spent on my business lately.

"Got to the important bits so quickly."

Jenn, We the Unruly®

I knew I'd made the right choice when we had our first meeting and talked about values. Megan's ability to take what I gave her and translate it into a word or phrase that conveys so much – live in session – is astounding.

"Able to talk about what I do with ease and consistency."

Susan, Triple-Moon Coaching

Actor by training.
Small biz owner by choice.
Wildly enthusiastic by nature.

Hey folks,
I'm Megan.

I've been building MD&Co for almost eight years, and I can tell you from experience: every time I've tried to change something in a way that wasn't grounded in my own values and capacity, something fell apart. Not dramatically, just quietly, incrementally, out of sync.

That's why I built Wild Candor the way I did — and why I call it brain, body, business. If any one of those three is off, you won't market or sell your work the way it needs to be marketed and sold (ask me how I know...).

I trained as a classical actress at LAMDA in London, which means I learned how to find the truth in a character and make it land for an audience from the best of the best. Turns out that's exactly what brand language requires. I've been doing this work since 2018, with clients who've gone on to book out their services, pivot into niches they actually love, and finally stop dreading the "so, what do you do?" at networking events.

My neurodivergent brain would love to say I have a nice tidy marketing method or sales-guaranteed formula – I don't.

What I do have is an almost unreasonable ability to hear what you're actually trying to say underneath what you're saying, and hand it back to you in words that finally fit.

Still on the fence?
Start with what feels loudest.

What’s the timeline like? I’m worried about getting overwhelmed.

Six months, paced so you’re never doing everything at once.

We start with two 1:1 calls, booked 2-4 weeks apart so you have room to breathe and process between them. Then you get four to eight weeks to build your Voice of Customer HQ at your own pace before your Anchor Your Edge sprint begins. Sprints run quarterly, and if life happens, you can defer to the next one without losing your spot. After the sprint, you’ve got async access to me through month six while you put it all into the world.

Can we go faster? I kind of need this yesterday.

Almost every client I worked with this year came in wanting it ASAP; almost every one of them told me afterward that the breaks were what made it work.

The time between calls is where the work settles. You need room to see what still feels true a week later, outside the room with me, and that’s what keeps you from tearing it all up the next time a shiny new idea shows up at 11pm.

If there’s a real deadline driving the rush, like a launch, bring it to the Disco Chat and we’ll map out a custom timeline for you.

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about 2 hours a week, a bit more during the four-week sprint and less toward the end.

Yes, there’s homework, but it all feeds directly into our work together.
  • Uncover Your Core and Align Your Offer: reflection prompts, language drafts to react to, and pre-work for each 1:1 call.
  • Orient Your Audience: gathering client feedback and organizing it in your VoC HQ, with check-ins from me at key points.
  • Anchor Your Edge: weekly group calls with active work between sessions. This is where everything becomes language you can actually use.
  • After the sprint: your pace. Async access to me for copyediting, gut checks, and the occasional reality check when you’re about to panic-pivot because someone didn’t reply to your Instagram story.

This is built-with-you, not done-for-you. Your voice, your stories, and your instincts are the raw material.

What if I need to miss or reschedule a call?

Then we reschedule, not a problem. I’ve got a toddler myself – I deeply understand that sh*t will always hit the fan at some point and there's really no way to plan for illness.

You can easily reschedule calls via the Wild Candor calendar, and I never charge a penalty for needing to reschedule. The only thing that doesn’t work is disappearing – if you go quiet for a couple of months, I’ll check in, and I’d much rather hear “I’m drowning” than nothing at all.

I’m in the middle of a pivot. Is this the right time?

A pivot is one of the best times to do this work.

If your language and offer haven’t caught up with where you’re going, this is exactly the right time. We start with your values and capacity, so it doesn’t matter if your offer is still taking shape. That’s what Align Your Offer is for.

What Wild Candor can’t fix is a motivation/desire problem. If the question underneath the pivot is “do I even want to keep running this business,” that needs an answer before we touch your messaging, and I’d rather tell you that now than take your money for work you don’t need.

The gut-check: do you have a feeling of what you want to do and who you want to do it for, even if you can’t put it into words yet? That’s enough to start.

What if I don’t have many past clients yet?

That’s ok! You don’t need them for Wild Candor.

You need real-world insight into the people you want to serve. If you have past clients, we mine their feedback for everything it’s worth. If you don’t, we build you a custom market research survey and interview questions based on the offer we create in Align Your Offer. The goal before your Anchor Your Edge sprint is roughly five market research conversations, enough to start hearing the patterns that shape your positioning.

All this milestone asks is a willingness to go find the people who need your work and ask them real questions.

I’m a messaging strategist / copywriter / marketer. I help other people with this for a living. Is this still for me?

Oh hell yes. Especially you.

Some of my most successful clients do this work professionally and can’t do it for themselves, which makes complete sense to me. You know exactly how this is supposed to work, so it’s almost impossible to turn that knowledge off long enough to just say the true thing. Use the same brain that built the thing to see the thing, and you’ll edit yourself out before you’ve started.

Wild Candor works for you for the same reason it works for everyone else: we find what’s actually true to you first, and the positioning comes out of that. You already know how to do the rest. You just need someone outside your own head to help you find the thread.

How is this different from hiring a copywriter?

Wild Candor is what happens before the copywriter, with a copyeditor built in.

I say this with love, as someone with a copywriting background: a copywriter’s job is to take what you give them and make it sound good, and the best ones are incredibly skilled at it. But if what you hand them isn’t grounded in your values, your voice, and how you actually think about your work, you’ll get back something technically excellent that quietly doesn’t sound like you.

We build that foundation first: your values, your offer, your positioning, your core language. And for all six months, you’ve got me in your back pocket as your copyeditor. Send me the bio, the sales page, the email you’ve rewritten four times. You do the writing; I make sure it sounds like you and holds up.

So whether you hire a copywriter down the road or keep writing it yourself, everything you’ve spent money on starts working better.

I’ve invested in coaches before and it didn’t stick. How is this different?

Hard to say, but were I to venture a guess: it probably didn’t stick because it started on the outside.
  • A framework you filled in.
  • Words someone else wrote that were technically good but didn’t quite sound like you.
  • A methodology built for your industry instead of the specific human running your business.
You took it home, tried to use it, and slowly stopped, because something was always off at the foundation.

Wild Candor starts with you. And then I stay: through the 1:1 calls, the group sprint, and the first months of putting it into the world. The real test of whether it sticks is how it holds up when someone doesn’t reply to your email and you’re about to convince yourself you got it wrong.
(You didn’t. And I’ll be there to tell you that.)

I’m feeling burnt out and crispy AF. Halp?

Maybe. Wild Candor isn’t a cure for burnout, but if yours is at least partly coming from marketing and selling work that feels out of sync with who you are, this might be exactly what you need.

Brain, body, business exists because I learned the hard way that when one of the three is off, everything from marketing to offboarding suffers. We start with your values and your capacity for a reason: building on a foundation that fits you is how you stop bleeding energy on work that doesn’t.

How do I know if I’m ready for this?

You don’t need to have it figured out.

Most people who’ve done this work with me didn’t have a locked-in offer, a full client roster, or a stable, uncomplicated season of life when they started. Ready means you have something real (a skill, a service, a direction you believe in) and you’re done trying to find the words and the offer structure on your own.

Still not sure? Book a Disco Chat, a free coaching call where we figure it out together.
